Due to a company event on 4 September 2026, our SimplyGo Ticket Offices, Ticketing Service Centres and Contact Centre will be closed from 2pm onwards. During this period, please visit any ticketing service kiosk or Passenger Service Centre located at MRT Station and Bus Interchange if you need help. Normal operating hours will resume on the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
